Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Bayou City CrossFit is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm-ups and exercises before participating in regular Crossfit classes. Here are your options for getting started!

OPTION 1: CROSSFIT CLASSES
Designed for universal scalability making it the perfect choice for any committed individual regardless of experience. Completion of the INTRO and BASIC classes required:

Basic classes (6 class course) – $160
*There must be a minimum of 2 participants in the Basic Class, otherwise pricing defaults to coaches one on one rates.*
INTRO and BASIC classes are kept to very small sizes to ensure one-on-one attention. As you work through the six consecutive sessions, you and your fellow newcomers will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. This 6-session BASIC course is the perfect place to ask questions and make some new friends before transitioning into our regular classes. Attendance and participation is mandatory, so if you are unable to make a session, contact your INTRO coach who will work with you to reschedule. Note: If you have previous Crossfit experience and would like an EVALUATION to skip the Intro and Basic Classes, please email email@example.com to schedule your EVAL with a coach. These EVALs are used to ensure you have previous exposure to Crossfit and are competent and safe when executing barbell movements. EVALs are approximately 1 hour in length and are $60.
OPTION 2: ONE ON ONE TRAINING
You pick the coach, You pick the Time, You set the Goals, It’s CrossFit Personalized for you. $60 per Hour. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up your sessions!
OPTION 3: BCCF Crossfit Lite
Push yourself past your normal workout. These classes incorporate some of the same workouts as CrossFit without the Olympic lifting. INTRO is required:
