We’re excited to start another round of Olympic weightlifting classes: Getting STRONG!
These classes will run from January 8th through February 26th. Vic and Tanner will be running this class, which we will meet Thursday mornings at 6am in the small building. They will include weekly skill work to be completed on your own in addition to the class time.
Here’s your chance to work on your Oly Lifts – Snatch and Clean & Jerk – under the watchful eye of skilled coaches.
