Bio

Amanda is a sales associate for Stryker Spine. Originally from GA but found herself a home here in Houston back in 2012. She has always played sports, including softball, soccer, and track. Once high school came to an end, in an effort to stay active, she found herself running and lifting on her own. She never truly understood the ins and outs, dos and don’ts of fitness, until she joined Stronger Faster in 2016. Later, she decided that just working out wasn’t enough. She wanted to educate herself on ALL things fitness, which led her to get her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate. To this day, she continues to take a variety of courses since this fitness and health world is constantly changing and adapting with the times. As our knowledge of fitness evolves, she wants to grow with it, while educating others along the way. She became a coach here at Bayou City after shadowing some of our amazing coaches. Amanda is a sub coach for all classes when another coach needs some help on class coverage, you can also find her coaching a Saturday AM class from time to time. As you can see, being fit is a major priority in Amanda’s life, “we only get one body, treat it like your temple and take care of it…” she says. That’s the message she wants to share with people as a coach, in tandem with her profession.
