John was a Globo-Gym member since college until he found CrossFit in 2009, and has been hooked ever since. “The first workout Vic put me thru made me realize how out of shape I truly was. Since then, the variety of movements and types of workouts have kept it fun and challenging, and allowed me to continue to see improvements”. John started coaching in 2015 and loves helping people achieve their fitness goals (1st Pull-up, improving mobility, getting Double Unders, etc). Outside of participating and coaching CrossFit, John enjoys watching sports, traveling, and live music.
